In this role the Customer Service Rep (Contract) will be on the ground floor to create a world class customer service organization that will be a key pillar to the company’s long-term growth. As an ambitious and energetic customer service rep your role will be a little different from a traditional customer service job. Supporting our customers is a cornerstone of the Ecosense business and one of our greatest strengths. From a customer perspective what we’re looking for is someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, can build relationships quickly and that has a collaborative mindset. Having someone that is proven, reliable and willing to go the extra mile for the client is critical. Internally along with being the voice of our customers working with our Regional Sales Managers and having that ‘feet on the street’ presence in the corporate HQ for them. Supporting the RSM by providing quotes, answering product questions, processing returns, handling pricing are examples of the type of support that they would need. In this role your contribution will be to help grow the EcoSense business through partnering with our customers and RSM’s in being that added layer of support.
