  • Position Overview

The Systems Architect for EcoSense Lighting provides the connectivity between different technical disciplines in the product development process, both in the definition phase and just as importantly throughout the program. When the design mandate is “the best”, every discipline pushes the envelope to achieve something better than has ever been seen before.  But invariably, tradeoffs must be made between size, cost, and capability both at the sub-system and at the system level.  This is where the Systems Architect applies his or her expertise: Providing the cross-functional team guidance on where size, cost, timing and capability tradeoffs are best made to achieve an amazing on-time, on-budget, and on-spec product.
