Your Mission

The Brand Coordinator joins us at a critical period in our development. We are looking for a change-agent who will make a meaningful contribution every day to help shape the future of our organization.  This individual needs to be well organized, proactive and disciplined to ensure timelines and deliverables across the marketing organization are met.  This role will serve as a critical liaison for internal and external stakeholders and must be comfortable championing processes and workflows.


  • Manage design, development, and production of product and marketing related documents, partnering with technical colleagues and cross-functional stakeholders to incorporate information into roadmaps and go-to-market plans.
  • Stay current on our technologies and product plans, build relationships with teams across EcoSense, and identify opportunities for collaboration and enhancement of product and marketing related documents and educational materials 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and own the production calendar to ensure a coordinated and deliberate approach toward launching complex projects
  • Ensure that all stakeholders to a project are completing their deliverables on time and with high-quality
  • Oversee production of materials – communicating objectives, providing or acquiring creative specifications, managing communication with vendors, and directing creative aspects of vendor work.
  • Lead the execution of individual creative projects on an assignment basis
  • Manage communication on our digital platforms, such as Mailchimp, Youtube, and Facebook
  • Oversee development of marketing projects and provide a single point of contact for stakeholders. Determine project deliverables, milestones, and durations, and track project statuses.
  • Manage and track internal marcom requests ensuring briefs are submitted, and timelines are optimal.
  • Ensure creative schedule aligns with print production or retail schedule deadlines.
  • Traffic creative comps, designs, and final assets to essential stakeholders.


  • B.S. or B.A. or equivalent experience and 2+ years work experience
  • Strong attention to detail. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, and computer proficiency
  • Outstanding work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Ability to quickly learn processes, forge relationships cross-functionally and troubleshoot where required
  • Ability to drive simultaneous projects through to completion with minimal oversight
  • Highly motivated, proactive, organized, strategic thinker who is flexible to change and fast-paced environments.
  • Advertising agency experience not required but appreciated
  • Experience in social or with an email service provider is a plus
